Universitaly is the Italian Ministry of University and Research's portal for students. It describes Italian degree programmes and has a section for pre-enrolment from abroad, which it describes as essential for obtaining a study visa. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also runs a Study in Italy portal for international students.
